Bridging Charleston and Washington, D.C., Christina's work is rooted in philanthropy and in championing stories about people shaping society and building true community through connection and storytelling. As the visionary behind Peninsula Magazine and its editor and publisher, she leads the creative direction and editorial voice of the brand. Founder of Home Simplifiedâ„¢ and Simply Foldedâ„¢, serving Charleston and the DC metro area, she also wrote and created the web series Peninsula House, produced with Pixel Studios x Shelly Media a satire about starting a magazine in Charleston based on her real life experiences, with the first two episodes out this fall.

Creative Director of Photography, NYC, J Michael Walker brings a refined editorial lens to Peninsula Magazine. Based in New York City and frequently traveling to Charleston, his photography focuses on portraiture, fashion, and culture. His monthly column, The Lens, is featured in each issue, and his work appeared on the editorial covers for June, July, August, and September.

Creative Director of Photography, Charleston

In her role as Creative Director of Photography, Brittany Chavez utilizes a sophisticated documentary style to define the visual narrative of Charleston’s arts and music. She also pens The Sound, a column exploring the Lowcountry’s live scene. Look for her exclusive work in our upcoming October cover feature.

Grace Marchetti

Junior Stylist

Grace Marchetti is the Junior Stylist for Peninsula Magazine, supporting the editorial styling process across shoots and features. 

Executive Chef Daniel Dalton III is a two-time Post and Courier Charleston’s Choice ‘Favorite Chef of the Lowcountry’ and a featured Charleston Wine + Food chef, with experience at José Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup, Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Las Vegas, and Augusta National Golf Club. He serves as an Art of The Plate contributor for Peninsula Magazine, bringing his culinary expertise to our readers.
